One week in Lyon
Lyon is a beautiful city which is interesting to visit and discover. The Academy is located near the Vieux Lyon (the old district of Lyon) where it is pleasant to have a walk after classes or in the early evening. Many restaurants or « bouchons » (traditional Lyon restaurants) offer delicious menus at all prices. The Academy staff can give good advice on this field too!
Occasionally the sky is overcast but the weather is mostly warm and sunny. The conservatory is not air-conditioned and the temperature can quickly rise during the day.
Transport is well organized in the city but most lines close early in the evening (www.tcl.fr).
