An eminent Taiwanese pianist and teacher, Constance Lee is one of Taiwan’s first pianists who has had the honour of working with such great musicians as Maestro Wilhelm Kempff and Russian pianists Stanislav Neuhaus and Dimitri Bashkirov.
She moved to Austria at the age of 13, she entered the Hochschule für Musik in Vienna to study with Dieter Weber and obtained her Concert Diploma with the unanimous Award of Excellence. She began her international career in Canada and became a piano teacher at the National Arts University of Taipei. Beside this, she continues to play concerts around the world (Austria, Canada, United States, Germany, England, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan). She is regularly invited to play in festivals and to give masterclasses. An artist with multiple facets, she participates in many multidisciplinary projects (theatre, dance, cinema). She is equally well-known as an artist and an educator and is an artistic advisor for the National Foundation for Culture and Arts in Taiwan. She also regularly sits in the juries of national and international competitions.
